Timothy G. Gelinske

Tim is a shareholder in our Minneapolis office. He is a member of the Business Litigation Section and co-chairs the firm's Recruiting Committee. Tim's litigation practice comprises general corporate disputes and matters unique to the airline, railroad and energy industries. He concentrates on the following areas:

• Commercial transactions
• Labor and employment
• Fire investigations
• Product liability
• Environmental claims
• Appeals to state and federal courts of appeals

Tim has been named a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, Tim received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He joined Briggs in 1996.
