Paralegal
Sarina is a paralegal in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is based in our Minneapolis office and works with the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Section. She has experience assisting attorneys in the areas of banking and finance, real estate law, and business and commercial law.
Sarina routinely assists attorneys with secured transaction searches and filings, due diligence review, title review and examination, drafting of basic loan and real estate related documentation, real estate and financial closings, and the recording of real estate and transactional documentation. She also assists with post-closing matters relating to both commercial and real estate financing transactions.
Sarina currently serves as a member of the firm's Paralegal Committee. She graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin in 1997 with an associate's degree of applied science in paralegal studies. She joined Briggs in 1998.
