In our practice, we arrange for the purchase, sale and exchange of various residential, commercial or industrial property types throughout the United States; offer real estate financing options and other financial tools; address environmental issues; fund reuse of previously unproductive properties; handle lease arrangements, title examinations and the arrangement of partnerships, joint ventures or syndications; and provide counsel on real estate tax and assessment issues and protests, public improvement appeals, property acquisition and related matters.

Several are certified real property law specialists, and include a fellow and regent of the American College of Mortgage Lawyers, and a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
