Summary

Nicole practices complex commercial litigation, focusing on financial services and securities litigation and arbitration, contract disputes, business torts, and construction disputes. She has also assisted in significant utilities litigation, regulatory, and administrative matters.

Nicole has experience at both the trial and appellate level and has appeared and argued before both state and federal judges. She was integral in drafting a petition for Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.

Earlier in her career, Nicole served as an e-discovery and litigation technology coordinator. Her knowledge of computers and technology allows her to effectively counsel clients on best practices in searching, preserving, collecting, and producing electronically stored information.

Nicole began her legal career as an administrative assistant. While working fulltime, she obtained her paralegal certificate from Capital University Law School in 2005. While continuing to work full time as a paralegal, she obtained her juris
doctor, summa cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2009 where she was a member of the Order of the Barristers and Order of the Curia. She was also a member of the National Moot Court Team and was awarded CALI excellence book awards for top performance in eight different classes.
