Peggy D. Brooks

Peggy is a paralegal in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is based in our Minneapolis office and serves as the paralegal coordinator for the Business Litigation Section.

Peggy assists attorneys in all aspects of the civil litigation process, including witness interviews, discovery, and motion practice through trial and appeal. She manages and organizes document productions, assists in the preparation of discovery, works with attorneys in preparing for depositions, and assists at various hearings and trials.

Peggy received her paralegal certificate from North Hennepin Community College and joined Briggs in 2000.
