MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. – Former Briggs and Morgan attorney Lyndsay Capeder has rejoined the firm as director of transactional operations.
Capeder focuses on implementing process improvement and project management to deliver a better and more efficient product to commercial finance clients. She collaborates with lawyers and clients to ensure the best possible experience and serves as a resource to allow Briggs to provide the highest value and results for clients.
Capeder is a former Briggs associate, who regularly represented commercial banks, financial institutions, senior lenders and mezzanine lenders in all aspects of commercial finance. She acted as lender's counsel on a variety of transactions, including asset-based financing, mezzanine debt financing and real estate financing. Additionally, Capeder supported commercial real estate and corporate clients on a variety of agreements and transactions.
Prior to rejoining Briggs, Capeder worked as in-house counsel at a Fortune 200 agricultural and food service company where she supported and represented a variety of business units on corporate and transactional matters focused on finance, real estate and warehousing. In addition to her practice, she managed individuals and projects and developed several process improvement initiatives and programs within the law department.
