Helen Meyer Receives University of Minnesota’s Outstanding Achievement Award

Helen Meyer, former Supreme Court Justice and Briggs and Morgan Of Counsel, was presented with the University of Minnesota’s Outstanding Achievement Award. The Outstanding Achievement Award is the highest nondegree award conferred upon distinguished alumni by the University of Minnesota. It recognizes graduates or former students of the University who have attained unusual distinction in their chosen fields or professions or in public service and who have demonstrated outstanding achievement and leadership on a community, state, national or international level.

Meyer is a member of the Briggs and Morgan Business Litigation section and the Appellate and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice groups. In her practice, she trains and mentors younger attorneys, assists in client development, consults with attorneys on appellate matters and offers alternative dispute resolution services. She has earned both state and national certification as a civil trial specialist.
