Dave Rosedahl to Join Dougherty & Company LLC as Corporate Counsel

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. – Briggs and Morgan attorney David Rosedahl will join Dougherty & Company LLC – a full-service investment bank and brokerage firm – as corporate counsel, effective September 9, 2015.

Rosedahl joined Briggs in 2004 and served as outside counsel to Dougherty and other financial services firms while at Briggs. He has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including former positions as a chief regulatory officer for the Pacific Exchange; managing director and general counsel for Piper Jaffray Companies; and associate general counsel and corporate secretary for the Securities Industry Association (now SIFMA).
