MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. – Briggs and Morgan is pleased to announce attorney Amanda Juelson has joined the firm’s Estate Planning and Administration section as an associate.
Juelson practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and elder law. She counsels clients in areas related to estate planning for individuals and families of all sizes and asset levels, including medical assistance, disability and special needs planning, incapacity planning, drafting trusts and wills, charitable gifting, contested probates, family business succession planning, and guardianships and conservatorships.
Juelson is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and North Dakota, and is a member of the Minnesota and North Dakota state bar associations.
Prior to joining Briggs, Juelson was an associate at another law firm, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration and also worked for a wealth management firm representing ultra-high-net-worth clients. While in law school, she interned for the J.A.G. Area Defense Counsel, Air Force.
