Briggs and Morgan hosted “Voting Issues in 2016” on Monday, June 13, at the firm’s
Minneapolis office.

Briggs joined the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association and additional co-sponsors to feature Minnesota Secretary of State, Steve Simon, as he discussed the state’s current voting laws, detailed possibilities for local reform and shed light on national voting trends. Simon also described his recent outreach and programs aiming to increase voter registration and turnout for the upcoming election in Minnesota.
