Briggs and Morgan Holds 9th Annual National Pro Bono Week Lunch

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. - In honor of National Pro Bono Week, Briggs and Morgan hosted the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson, U.S. District Judge, District of Minnesota and President of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, at the firm’s 9th annual National Pro Bono Week lunch on Oct. 25.  

Judge Nelson discussed the importance of pro bono work, Briggs’ significant commitment to pro bono work through the Minnesota FBA Chapter’s Pro Se Project, and the lasting and important impact of the pro bono work Judge Nelson did at the beginning of her legal career in Pittsburgh. 

National Pro Bono Week takes place the last week of October to celebrate pro bono work that makes a positive difference in local communities.
