Briggs and Morgan hosted its seventh annual “Food for the Soul” lunch to raise funds for the Neighborhood House free Food Markets on Tuesday, March 8. Food for the Soul supports the Minnesota March Food Drive with a spirited lunch program featuring the musical talents of Briggs’ staff, attorneys and friends with classical, gospel, pop and rock performances.
Contributions raised at the event will be donated to the Neighborhood House free Food Markets in St. Paul, which serve more than 12,000 people each year, 40 percent of whom are children. In addition to providing food shelf services, Neighborhood House helps people in need thrive by assisting them with basic needs, education, health and well-being, free of charge.
Food for the Soul’s talented performers included:
