Bankruptcy and Big Box Retailers Discussion Hosted by Briggs and Morgan

Briggs and Morgan will host the February 23 meeting of the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Minnesota Chapter. The topic, “Boxing Up the Big Box Retailer,” will discuss retail bankruptcies and address the market challenges facing retailers and suppliers. A panel of industry professionals will cover topics such as restructuring alternatives for retailers, legal challenges of the Chapter 11 process, and  363 sales and auction processes. The panel also will discuss the interests and rights of suppliers as they work to manage their relationship with retail customers and the tools available to manage that risk.
