Dan Rosenberg Discusses Privacy and Mobile Devices

As part of a panel on technology and privacy issues, Briggs and Morgan shareholder Daniel A. Rosenberg discussed the many issues around U.S. privacy policies and the complexities of their enforcement. The panel was held by the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Art and Entertainment Law, Communications Law and Computer Technology Law sections and featured Rosenberg and other MSBA attorneys.

Rosenberg is the head of the firm’s Privacy, Data Security and Cybersecurity practice group and has extensive experience in intellectual property matters, including those involving litigation, licensing, and patent and trademark prosecution and infringement. A registered patent attorney through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office,  he is well-versed in Internet-related trademark matters, including domain name dispute resolution, trademark use and keyword advertising matters.
