Dave Schooler Discusses Electronic Privacy Concerns

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. (March 23, 2011) - Briggs and Morgan shareholder David A. Schooler recently presented, “electronic privacy concerns in single-plaintiff employment litigation and employment class action suits,” to the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC).The FDCC is an organization of 1,200 attorneys dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship and professionalism as they represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.

Schooler is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Section and Employment, Benefits and Labor practice group and has had more than 30 first-chair jury trials to-verdict in employment litigation, shareholder litigation, intellectual property litigation and officer and direction litigation.
