John Degnan Moderates a Minnesota Corporate eDiscovery Forum Panel

Shareholder John Degnan participated in an eDialogue panel with the Honorable Judge Andrew Peck from New York and the Honorable Judge Jerome Abrams from Minnesota, discussing e-discovery issues in litigation and Corporate eDiscovery Forum members’ questions. The day-long forum included discussions on Technology Assisted Review and Technology Selection and Process Management. 

John is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Section and regularly represents clients in business disputes, as well as members of the legal and medical communities in professional matters. He has more than 35 years of experience handling civil litigation, jury trials and administrative proceedings. He is also frequently chosen as a mediator or arbitrator in business disputes and employment, commercial and injury cases.  He is also an active member of the Minnesota E-Discovery Working Group developing best practices in e-discovery.

John is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Civil Trial Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and he is certified as a Minnesota Rule 114 neutral.
