Briggs Obtains Jury Verdict in Medical Malpractice Suit

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. (July 9, 2007) – Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association, announces its success in obtaining jury verdict on behalf of an emergency physician in a medical malpractice lawsuit brought in Minnesota district court. After an eight-day trial, the jury found no negligence on the part of the defendants.

“We are very pleased that the jury responded to questions as we thought they should,” says attorney John M. Degnan, who represented the defendants in the case. “This decision only serves to validate the fine medical care provided by our clients.”
