MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. (July 26, 2007) – Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association, announces another successful jury trial outcome garnered by trial attorney John M. Degnan.

Degnan recently represented a large dental clinic in a breach of confidentiality case brought by an individual patient claiming her photo was published without consent. The plaintiff’s lawsuit was based on multiple allegations, including invasion of privacy, intentional or negligent disclosure of health records, breach of contract of confidentiality and fraudulent misrepresentation, along with a punitive damages claim.
