Benchmark Litigation Debuts, Four at Briggs Rank High

The Briggs and Morgan litigators recognized in this list are Scott Davies, Jeffrey J. Keyes, Richard G. Mark and Timothy R. Thornton.
The debut edition of Benchmark: Litigation also praises Briggs and Morgan as a “recommended firm,” writing that peers agree Briggs has a “great trial group.” Specific representation by the named litigators were highlighted, including Rick Mark’s defense in a $100 million fraud case and Tim Thornton’s ongoing defense of a major railroad in a large class action train derailment case.
