Briggs Ranks No. 1 in Labor and Employment, Trusts and Estates in The Best Lawyers in America

The Best Lawyers in America 2008 ranked Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association as No. 1 in Minnesota for labor and employment law, as well as trusts and estates. The designation is based on the number of attorneys whose names are published in the guide.

Briggs' labor and employment section is one of the largest in the state, with more than 20 attorneys devoted to the practice and four exclusively devoted to employee benefits. The estate planning and administration section is also experienced and is comprised of 12, many of whom are members of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
