Steve Brunn Discusses the Affordable Care Act

Benefits attorney Steve Brunn was recently quoted in an article in the December 2012 edition of Minnesota Lawyer. In the article, “ ‘Floodgates Have Opened’ for Health Care Regulations,” Steve discusses a key provision of the ACA, specifically, the law’s mandate for most employers to provide adequate health insurance for their full-time employees or pay a penalty.

Steve is a Briggs and Morgan shareholder and concentrates his practice in Briggs’ Employee Benefits Group, focusing on employee benefits, executive compensation and health care.
