Shareholder Jay Schlosser Receives Client Service Award

Briggs and Morgan Shareholder, Jay Schlosser, recently received the BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service All-Star designation for 2013. Schlosser was also designated a BTI Client Service All-Star in 2012. The honor is given to attorneys who are nominated for their superior client relationships by their clients. Schlosser is being recognized for his client focus, exceptional understanding of his client’s business, outstanding results, value to the client and overall legal skills.

Schlosser focuses his practice in Franchise, Antitrust and Distribution, where he represents franchisors and manufacturers in connection with their disputes/issues with franchisees, dealers, distributors, sales representatives and competitors. In addition to handling litigation and arbitration matters for these businesses, Schlosser regularly provides antitrust, franchise and distribution counseling to his clients. Schlosser received his B.S. from Mankato State University and received his law degree cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the Notre Dame Law Review. He joined Briggs in 1989.
