Taft is pleased to announce that for the third year in a row, its Minneapolis office was recognized as a Top Workplace. Top Workplace research is conducted by Energage in partnership with the Star Tribune, and is based solely on the results of an anonymous employee feedback survey. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including leadership, communication, training, work-life flexibility, and benefits, among others.
