Joyce is a paralegal in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is based in our Minneapolis office and works with the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Section. Joyce works primarily in the areas of banking and finance, real estate law, and commercial and business law.
Joyce concentrates mainly on assisting attorneys with financing and real estate transactions, including the preparation of documents related to construction and term loans, revolving credit facilities, asset-based loans and letter of credit agreements. Joyce also works with attorneys on title review and examinations. She works closely with title insurance companies, as well as other counsel, and coordinates closings of financing and real estate transactions. In addition, Joyce is experienced in assisting attorneys in the areas of secured transactions, commercial purchase agreements, corporate registrations, general corporate and due diligence matters.
Joyce serves as the firm's commercial paralegal coordinator. She obtained her paralegal education from the University of Minnesota and Inver Hills Community College. Joyce joined Briggs in 1973.
