International IP Protection

This article examines the now-prevailing framework for protection of intellectual property on an international level.  Anderson and Razavi break down the dynamic system of bilateral and multilateral investment agreements in effect in the developed and developing worlds; analyze forum-barriers to uniform protection of IP globally; and discuss advances toward a much-needed and long-anticipated uniform patent litigation system for the European Union.
