Tips for Advancing Your Case to the MN Supreme Court

For most parties, filing a petition for further review is the only way to overturn an unfavorable decision made by the court of appeals. However, the chances of receiving discretionary review by petition is low, only about 10 percent. Briggs and Morgan shareholders Diane B.
