Presentation on Paralegals in Litigation and AppealsPrint PDFShare
Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Eric Magnuson recently presented "A Paralegal's Role in Litigation and Appeals." Briggs and Morgan paralegal Jessie Duxbury-Cameron assisted with preparing presentation materials.
During his presentation, Chief Justice Magnuson encouraged early and significant involvement of paralegals in large cases as part of responsible representation for two reasons: 1) paralegals help to keep the cost of litigation down and 2) paralegals are educated professionals.
