As part of the 25th anniversary of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, a symposium offers the chance to watch a three-judge panel of the Court of Appeals (COA) hear a mock argument, conference and decide the case. A COA panel will also convene a Special Term to discuss and decide a calendar of motions.

Opening remarks will be made, by former Briggs shareholder and current Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Eric Magnuson, among others. Former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice and current Briggs shareholder Sam Hanson is also a featured speaker at the symposium.

CLE credits have been applied for. The symposium is sponsored by the Court of Appeals 25th Anniversary Fund, William Mitchell College of Law and the MSBA Appellate Practice Section.
