Briggs’ trade regulation shareholder Michael M. Lafeber is moderating the ABA Intellectual Property Roundtable, “KSR Standard for Obviousness: A Pendulum Shift to 20/20 Hindsight?” 

This roundtable will discuss how the Supreme Court’s 2007 KSR International Co. v.Teleflex, Inc. decision has altered the “obviousness” and patentability standard for both prosecution and litigation.
