Briggs and Morgan will host the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Roundtable focusing on the topic, “Beware The New Patent Trolls: Strategies For Handling and Avoiding False Patent Marking Claims after Forest Group v. Bon Tool.” The discussion panel will include University of Minnesota Briggs and Morgan Professor of Law Tom Cotter.
