September 14, 2010
7:30 – 9:30 a.m. | Briggs and Morgan, Minneapolis

Please join us for Briggs and Morgan’s annual breakfast and employee benefits update. The primary focus of this year’s presentation will be legislative and regulatory changes affecting employer group health plans. From health care reform to health plan privacy requirements, nearly every group health plan is affected by new requirements for 2010 and beyond.

We will provide an overview of the most significant changes and will let plan sponsors know what they will need to do as they head into renewal negotiations with their providers and open enrollment for their employees. We will also discuss group health plan privacy requirements.
