The primary focus of this presentation will be the recently issued regulations regarding who is a fiduciary, ways to manage this responsibility, fee disclosures at the plan and participant level, and an update on target date fund disclosures.

We will provide an overview of the most significant changes and will let financial advisors to benefit plans know what they will need to do to manage these additional responsibilities and potential liabilities.

The update will conclude with a general discussion about fiduciary issues.
