Legal Update for Financial AdvisorsPrint PDFShare
Please join Briggs and Morgan for a legal update for financial advisors to employee benefit plans. The primary focus of this presentation will be an update on the status of the regulations regarding who is a fiduciary, fee disclosures at the plan and participant level, and a review of cases that impact the fiduciary responsibilities of financial advisors and plan sponsors.
We will provide an overview to financial advisors about the most significant changes so that they will know how to manage these additional responsibilities and potential liabilities.
The update will conclude with a general discussion about fiduciary and other current issues.
