Introduction to Franchising, a guide to understanding the legal and business basics of franchising, has been released in its third edition. Originally authored by Briggs and Morgan franchise attorney Andrew C. Selden in 1998, the guide is a collaborative effort between Briggs and Morgan and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.

This latest edition of Introduction to Franchising was co-authored by Selden, Robin Caneff Gipson and Amanda B. Parker, and has been updated to reflect recent changes to franchising rules.
