Defended a brokerage firm in a case filed in federal district court by a customer who refused to arbitrate claiming he could not read the arbitration provision in the new account form. 

Successfully argued on appeal that it is a fundamental principle of contract law that a party who signs a contract is presumed to know the terms of that contract and agrees to be bound by those terms.
