Represented debt collection company in lawsuit by consumer alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and invasion of privacy.

Debt collection company attempted to collect from plaintiff a student loan that was in default, and ultimately garnished plaintiff's wages to satisfy the loan. Plaintiff sued the debt collector alleging that the collection tactics used violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and constituted an invasion of privacy under Minnesota law.
