Successful court trial: defended beer company at trial against former employee claiming age discrimination, among other claims. Court found in favor of beer company and entered judgment in its favor.

Representing defendant beer company. Former employee sued beer company alleging age discrimination in violation of Minnesota Human Rights Act, breach of oral contract of employment, breach of a covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and beach of obligations regarding health insurance. The District Court granted beer company's motion for summary judgment on all claims but the age discrimination claim. After a court trial on the age discrimination claim, the Court found that there was no age discrimination and entered judgment in favor of the beer company.
