Representing Global Steel Company. Plaintiff was the former President and CEO of a global steel company. After an acquisition by an international conglomerate based in India, Plaintiff quit asserting he was constructively discharged and claiming over $2.5 million in damages under his contract. The jury rendered a split decision, finding in favor of Plaintiff under one of his contract claims and awarding an expected amount, but finding in favor of the steel company under the other more important contract claim.
