Defense of national company in dismissal of EEOC charge filed in Minnesota alleging race, national origin, and age discrimination.

A former production employee filed a failure to hire claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Minnesota alleging race, national origin and age discrimination. After investigating the matter on behalf of the company, it was determined that the employee had been previously employed by the company for 10 years until her voluntary separation. Upon submitting a responsive position statement, the charge was dismissed.
