Resolve an AIR21 OSHA complaint filed in Colorado by a former employee against a regional airline.

A former A&P Mechanic who had been terminated for failing to properly document his maintenance work consistent with applicable regulations filed a claim of retaliatory discharge with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). After investigating the matter on behalf of the airline, a position statement was filed with OSHA which resulted in a nuisance value resolution and dismissal.
