Dan is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is based in our Minneapolis office and is a member of the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Section. He practices principally in the areas of:
Dan is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota and American Bar associations.
A Minnesota native, Dan received a B.B.A. in finance, real estate and risk management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He obtained an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where he was a Beta Gamma Sigma honors graduate, and received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a staff member of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Review. After working in real estate and corporate finance with another law firm, Dan joined Briggs in 2006.
