Interview Process


Briggs aggressively pursues law students who are bright, motivated, mature and confident. Our recruitment efforts are managed by a recruiting committee, consisting of both shareholders and associates, and our Director of Recruiting and Professional Development.

Each fall, Briggs seeks second-year law students for its summer associate program. The recruiting process includes on-campus interviews in the fall at numerous law schools where second-year law students can meet with Briggs attorneys.
