Financial Institutions and Real Estate Attorney
Briggs and Morgan is seeking a self-motivated and team oriented attorney with 8-10 years experience representing lenders in sophisticated commercial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, middle market deals, asset based lending, mezzanine finance, mortgage warehouse lending, real estate and construction loans. Must be able to execute but also to delegate and train less experienced attorneys. Some business is preferred, but not absolutely critical if the candidate can demonstrate good contacts and a strong ability to work with clients.
