Commercial Finance Associate


Briggs and Morgan is seeking a bright, hard working and outgoing associate to join the commercial finance group of its Financial Institutions and Real Estate Section.

The best candidates are those with 2-5 years experience who are seeking a collegial working environment and an opportunity to work on complex commercial finance transactions with extensive client interaction. Candidates can expect opportunities to include representing sophisticated borrowers, banks and other financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting a variety of commercial finance transactions, including traditional secured and unsecured loans, asset-based financings, acquisition and mezzanine loan transactions, franchise finance transactions, mortgage warehousing facilities and construction and permanent real estate loan transactions.
