Donna Boostrom is counsel in the firm’s Real Estate section. She represents business organizations and individuals in connection with real estate purchase, sale, and leasing transactions. She also works with the firm’s commercial finance team in auditing and documenting loan transactions.
While practicing in California, Donna represented institutional lenders in connection with complex loan origination and workout transactions, sellers/lessors and purchasers/lessees in connection with agricultural and commercial real property sale and lease transactions, and entrepreneurs in connection with business formation and financing transactions. She also served as an adjunct professor of law at San Joaquin College of Law.
Since her return to Minnesota in 2001, Donna has been involved in commercial real estate transactions involving the purchase and sale of fee and leasehold franchised restaurant assets and advising real estate investment analysts in connection with underwriting due diligence, asset management and exist and workout strategies.
Donna earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
