Blake T. Vettel

Blake advises clients in a variety of industries and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general commercial and corporate law.

Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Sidley Austin, LLP, where he represented clients in the insurance and financial services industry on both buy- and sell-side deals, corporate finance, and state and federal regulatory matters.

While attending law school, Blake volunteered as a mediator in the Minnesota 4th District and is a Qualified Neutral under Minnesota Rule 114.
