Wendy Berklich is a paralegal in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is based in our Minneapolis office and works with the Business Law Section.
Wendy assists attorneys primarily in the areas of general commercial and corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Her primary duties include assisting in the creation and organization of legal entities, as well as assisting with general business operations and record maintenance for businesses, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. In addition, Wendy assists with stock and asset acquisitions by organizing due diligence, assisting attorneys in the preparation of ancillary documents, organizing transactions for closings and coordinating transaction closing meetings.
Wendy graduated cum laude from Winona State University where she received her B.S. in the university's paralegal program.
