Sam Aintablian is a member of the Business Law section and focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and sports-related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Alan C. Page at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Sam graduated from Northwestern University School of Law, cum laude, in 2014, where he was the articles editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy. Sam also served as the academic chair of the Black Law Students Association and the outreach director of the African Legal Library Project.
Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts in sport management and economics, magna cum laude, from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. Prior to law school, Sam was a fan-services representative for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
