Mark Peterson has more than ten years of paralegal experience with Briggs and Morgan’s Business Litigation section, focusing his practice in the areas of railroad, energy, and construction law.
Mark provides attorneys and clients a full spectrum of paralegal support, including document collection and management, drafting court documents, deposition preparation, pre-trial preparation and in-courtroom trial support.
Working with a number of the firm’s attorneys has allowed Mark the opportunity to assist in providing Pro Bono legal services to a number of clients throughout the Twin Cities area.
Mark received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, and earned his paralegal certificate from the ABA-approved paralegal program at the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. He is a member of both the Minnesota Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegals Association.
