Mark Peterson is a paralegal and works with the firm's Business Litigation Section, with much of his work devoted to the areas of railroad, energy, and construction law. He provides attorneys and clients a full range of paralegal support in all aspects of the litigation process, including document collection and management, drafting court documents, deposition preparation, pre-trial preparation and in-courtroom trial support.

Working with a number of Briggs and Morgan attorneys has allowed Mark the opportunity to assist in providing Pro Bono legal services to several clients throughout the Twin Cities area. 

Mark received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in communicative disorders from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and earned his paralegal certificate from the ABA approved Paralegal Program at the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. He is a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegals Association.
