Lyndsay is responsible for developing and managing strategies to support our client’s needs and continuously improve how we deliver legal services. With a background representing commercial clients in private practice and serving as corporate in-house counsel, Lyndsay is uniquely positioned to be the voice of the client within Briggs and an advocate in an increasingly sophisticated and changing legal market.

Lyndsay is passionate about client counseling and works directly with clients to understand their unique and changing needs. With a “client first” focus, Lyndsay amplifies the voice of the client by working with firm leadership, attorneys and staff to create more efficient and productive approaches to serving our clients on transactional matters and achieving client objectives. Each solution Lyndsay implements is unique to the client she is working with, but often involves legal process improvement, project management, improving predictability and transparency around fees, and establishing a regular feedback loop. Lyndsay’s direct contact with clients, paired with her legal experience and business acumen, positions the teams she partners with at Briggs to provide high quality and cost effective work for each client.

Lyndsay understands that clients have options when it comes to legal services and that is why she strives to create value for our clients beyond the legal matters. She is committed to developing true partnerships with Briggs’ clients through innovative approaches, collaboration and trust while focusing on transparency and predictability. Clients are welcome and encouraged to look to Lyndsay as a point of contact and a resource within Briggs.

Lyndsay is a former Briggs associate, who regularly represented commercial banks, financial institutions, senior lenders and mezzanine lenders in all aspects of commercial finance. Prior to rejoining Briggs as the Director of Transactional Operations, Lyndsay worked as in-house counsel at a Fortune 200 agricultural and food service company where she supported and represented a variety of business units on corporate and transactional matters focused on finance, real estate and warehousing. In addition to her practice, Lyndsay managed individuals and projects and developed several process improvement initiatives and programs within the law department.
